Ritz Pix originated from Ritz Camera, a photo-finishing services company that was established in 1918 by Benjamin Ritz. Ritz Camera was originally mainly a portrait studio situated on the famous Boardwalk of Atlantic City, New Jersey. The business expanded to cover the New York and Philadelphia markets. In 1936, Ritz Camera arrived in Washington DC as a film-processing lab where people could buy black-and-white prints for 25 cents per roll. A single high-quality 4 x 6 printed photograph from Ritz Pix costs only $0.19 or 19 cents. Enlarged print costs vary, depending on the size of the print your want to have. To give you an idea of the costs of prints, the largest (24 x 26) costs $39.99. There are also a wide variety of unique gifts designed with the photo of your choice, ranging from the cheapest button which costs $3.99 to a woven wall hanging at $319.99.

What I Like About Ritz Pix
Ritz Pix offers more than just high-quality photo-finishing services because they also have quality add-ons to make a better photographing experience. One of the best features is the ability to organize, edit, and share your photos to your friends and family through a variety of ways: e-mail, Zoom, and prints. If you order prints for yourself, you can have the option of sending three free copies of these prints to friends and family indicated in your order. Ritz Pix also has its own built-in photo editing software that you can use to crop, brighten, rotate, or install special effects on your photos. It sure isn’t as comprehensive as professional photo editing applications, but the Ritz Pix editor sure is a start. Ritz Pix does not allow the cancellation of orders, so always be sure first before you decide to have your photos printed or order a bunch of gift items with your photos on them.
